Domestic Shipping Policy
COVID-19 Update
Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, government regulations may prevent us from shipping your order on time. We always monitor government guidelines to ensure that customers safety is our priority. Will send your order as soon as possible. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team here.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2pm will be added to the next working day’s shipment. Friday orders before 2pm will be delivered on Mondays.
We always pack and ship goods on the same day; however, during promotional periods and National Holidays expect your order to be delayed one or two days. We always endeavour to get orders delivered the following working day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order confirmation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Queenlashista.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Queenlashista.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping; however If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly via email info@queenlashista.com so we do everything in our power to help you resolve the issue.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For remote parts of the UK and International orders, we may use other carriers. We endeavour to find the quickest and most economical way to send orders.
