Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided they're in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- If a product is damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong or faulty product, please notify our Customer Care team within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Customers who change their minds within 7 days of receiving the parcel are eligible for returns, but they will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Please send returns to: Queen Lashista Lash & Beauty Lounge, 376 Gloucester Road, Bristol, BS7 8TP, United Kingdom. We advise using a trackable shipping service.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products eligible for exchange include those that are not used or unopened, faulty items, and items damaged during transition.
- There may be additional shipping costs for exchanges due to customer preference or mistaken orders.
- Kindly contact our Customer Care before sending an item for exchange to ensure a smooth process.
REFUNDS
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The funds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Items arriving at our address in damaged or used conditions will not be eligible for refunds.
- Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded. In cases where your purchase qualified for free shipping and you wish to return the product, the shipping cost will not be refunded, even if the product is faulty.
- If the item is faulty or damaged during transition, and you choose not to replace it, you'll be refunded in full excluding the original shipping fee.
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS
- Queen Lashista will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returns in transit. We strongly advise using a recorded delivery service for returns.
